Silent-Scroll: “Mute” the entire page when the mouse wheel stops moving. While scrolling, the video/music sound still plays; stop scrolling for 0.5 seconds and the volume will automatically decrease to 0 to avoid noise. As soon as you scroll again, the volume returns to the original level.
