What the extension does for you:

Automatic Extraction — you don't need to copy anything by hand. Price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, year built, energy efficiency, amenities, and advertiser contact information are consistently organized, property by property.

It detects duplicates across portals — the same property often appears on more than one website. QuickLead Home recognizes this and combines the information, instead of giving you the same house twice.

Price Drop Alert — whenever we detect a price drop in one of the properties you've already captured, that drop is automatically reflected in your portfolio.

AI Assistant — answers questions about listed properties, requests comparisons, and the assistant also has access to services and points of interest closest to the properties you capture.
