QC Tool is a lightweight Firefox extension designed to help quality control and call evaluation teams write consistent and accurate comments faster.

The add-on provides ready-made evaluation comments organized into clear categories such as Answer & Ending, Communication Skills, Diagnosis, and Case Handling. Each comment is displayed in English with an Arabic explanation below it for clarity.

QC Tool works directly inside the evaluation page and inserts comments only when the user interacts with the tool. It does not run background monitoring, does not collect any data, and does not communicate with external servers.

This extension is intended for internal use by QC agents and supervisors to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy during call evaluations.
