Navigate long Microsoft 365 Copilot conversations and keep useful moments easy to find.

Prompt Navigator adds a compact navigation rail to supported conversations at m365.cloud.microsoft. Jump between prompts, pin important messages, save selected insights, and return to the original context whenever you need it.

FEATURES

• Navigate every prompt from a compact marker rail and ordered prompt list
• Jump accurately to earlier prompts, including content that Copilot loads dynamically
• Pin user prompts and Copilot responses for quick retrieval
• Save highlighted text as a source-linked insight
• Search pins, edit their titles, and organize them into sections
• Explain or summarize selected text using compatible on-device AI
• Turn a visible image or selected page region into an editable image-generation prompt
• Create structured briefs from selected pins
• Copy results or insert them into the Copilot compose box for review—the extension never sends messages automatically
• Export and import pins as a local JSON backup
• Use keyboard navigation, visible focus, reduced-motion support, and light or dark appearance

HOW TO USE

1. Open a conversation at m365.cloud.microsoft.
2. Hover over the markers on the right side to view the prompt list.
3. Select a marker or list item to jump to that prompt.
4. Hover over a message and choose Pin to save it.
5. Highlight text or right-click an image to access additional actions.

PRIVACY

Prompt Navigator does not send analytics or make application network requests.

Only content you explicitly pin or save as an insight is stored locally in your browser. Explanations, summaries, screenshots, image previews, and generated image prompts remain temporary unless you explicitly save a result.

AI-assisted features use compatible AI capabilities available on your device. Navigation and pinning continue to work when those capabilities are unavailable.

Prompt Navigator operates only on m365.cloud.microsoft.

• Storage—keeps pins, sections, and preferences locally
• Context menus—provides explicit actions for selected text and images
• Active tab—captures visible content only after you request an image-prompt action
• Scripting—restores extension controls when required and displays action feedback
