Pomice has one purpose: to give YouTube videos a cleaner player. It replaces YouTube's player controls with the browser's native video controls (with Picture in Picture, AirPlay and system shortcuts) and removes the interruptions around the video: ads in the player and in feeds, and, optionally, sponsored segments via SponsorBlock. It only runs on youtube.com, m.youtube.com, music.youtube.com and youtube-nocookie.com embeds. Settings, playback positions and the licence stay on the device. No data is collected.
