PlaylistClipper — Save music clips directly from the page: Description: Allows users to select start/end times on any web player and then save clip metadata (no file) to a local playlist for later listening to links + timestamps. Features: "Clip" button on toolbar, save domain+URL+start+end+note, export JSON/CSV. Unique: no music download — records cross-platform “client bookmarks”. Very lightweight, suitable for studying/taking notes. Difficulty level: low.
