This extension uses factual rating classifications sourced from mediabiasfactcheck.com (MBFC). The dataset used in this project was last updated on 2025-12-02.
The data contains 9,934 news sources, of which 8,969 (excluding Media Bias/Fact Check itself) are currently active.
This web extension transforms MBFC’s publicly available rating categories into numeric scales for display purposes. All displayed scores are custom numeric interpretations derived from MBFC’s publicly available rating categories.
