Obama was fit and frequently played basketball, and, before him, Bush ran marathons. Marathons. Let's call Trump how he really is, he's Plump. Also, it's a lot easier on the eyes, and will make you laugh, to see "Plump" all over the headlines rather than the somewhat jarring nature of a "Tr" combination.
