Fixed: episodes that looked marked but were not.

The badge turned green the moment a report was sent, without waiting to
hear whether the server accepted it. An episode the server could not
match — or one sent after the session had quietly expired — still showed
as saved. The badge now waits for the answer and says plainly when
something was not recorded.

• Your list of recently marked episodes is no longer lost when a session
  expires. It is cleared only when you disconnect on purpose.
• An episode finished while the session is expired is now kept and sent
  as soon as you reconnect, instead of being dropped.
• Episodes delivered from the offline queue now appear in the list too.
• When the extension updates, already-open tabs stop tracking. The badge
  now says so and asks you to reload, instead of going quiet.

New sites: OpenAnime and AnimeCix.
Better detection on 28 more sites, including TurkAnime, TRanimeizle,
jkanime, AnimeFLV, Proxer, VoirAnime, tioanime, MangaHere and MangaFox.
Episode numbers written the Turkish way ("6. bölüm") are now recognised.

Updated addresses for sites that moved: Anizium, TRanimeizle, MangaPark,
AsuraScans, MangaBuddy, KickAssAnime, MangaReader, OtakusTV and others.
