Their payout options is lackluster and unsatisfying. Would not recommend using Surf. Ever since last year their offerings for rewards dwindled and now they do not offer anything else. The Rewards isn't as good as cash. Most you get is discounts. Not items.

Its easy enough to generate points, but a lack of rewards makes this a con. I wrote to the company siting this only to be told that it wouldn't be economically viable to pay all users. I uninstalled the add-on after a few months as I should have earned £40 of their sold-out vouchers and I can't see them coughing up the money anytime soon.

It's basically a coupon app. You redeem points for a coupon code you could freely get from a coupon site.

Most of the rewards are only available for first time users. Usable stuff like amazon gift cards is always sold out. Deleting because this is a waste of time.

I have more than 8thousand of points to redeem but the only gift card that matters most, Amazon GC, is always sold-out ever since I was able to accumulate enough points for it.

Only discount vouchers for products I never have a need or any interest at all are available for redemption. This is a trademark of a scam website/"earning" app out to actually earn from you by forcing you to purchase from their partner merchants by intentionally making cash-like reward options like Amazon GC perpetually "sold-out" and/or "out-of-stock".

Uninstalling/deleting account!! Never bother to use this if you are not interested in those boring items/product on their "Marketplace"!

Surf buys fake 5-star reviews for their Chrome Extension and only offers scammy payout practices. (Like a tiny number of giftcards that can be claimed by luck) - you have no assurance of ever being able to pay out your earned points.

All you can do with your points is claim discounts to websites or stores which are widely available on the internet (definitely not exclusive to Surf like they claim).

And all this while Surf is happily selling your data for profit. K 👍

Amazing app to earn free money, just takes a while to get the points. Even if you refer since the other person has to get 750 points, which is pretty hard.

A once great app. First the points got reduced to 20 a day. Then they dropped all the good rewards. So there's basically nothing to redeem for. Unless I want to wait over 8 years or over 16 years to save up enough. By then, those rewards would be gone too. Shame too. I quickly redeemed my first reward (amazon Gift card), then 6 moths later, I'm dropping it because I'm not giving them data for free anymore.

What a joke, i redeemed a code and got an $0 offer in my email with a code that does not work! No way to contact customer support!
