IQprop — analyse property listings 作成者: IQprop

IQprop helps South African property investors work out whether a listing is a good buy.

With this add-on you don't have to type the figures in yourself:

1. Open IQprop and paste a Property24 or Private Property "for sale" link.
2. Press Submit.
3. The price, levy, rates and the typical rent in that area fill in.

The add-on opens the listing in a tab for a few seconds, reads the figures and closes the tab again. You can also click the IQprop icon while looking at a Property24 or Private Property listing to open it in IQprop.

Safe and private. It only reads the listing you ask for, and only on Property24 and Private Property. It can't see your email, banking or anything else you do online.

Works in Firefox on a computer. Analysing a property on IQprop is free; some tools need a paid IQprop plan.
