Intercom Counter is a lightweight Firefox extension for tracking daily support activity in Intercom.
It shows three local daily counters:
Dialogs: conversations where you sent your first reply today
Replies: every reply you send today
Closed: conversations you close today
The extension works only on https://app.intercom.com/ and stores counters locally in Firefox storage. It does not send analytics, telemetry, account data, message contents, or browsing data to any external server.
