I managed to revert to ff68 via download. Installed this addon and it worked,even allowed about:home page as default. Button requires a double tap to activate but thats ok. Well pleased.

When I go to this addon there is a message in a Yellow box: Not available on Firefox for Android. You can use this add-on with Firefox for Desktop. Learn more about add-ons for Android.

So I'm just asking, what the heck? Why is this addon even here if not supported?

This should be called google button. You can't set your home to anything else. Straight to snoopy it goes. What does this dev work for them? No thanks!

Does not work as intended. Keeps opening Google search even with a valid home URL entered.
