The web is riddled with ads telling us it's the only way to fund things, but what if there was another way? Many websites are asking for donations but we don't really know about it! With Gift Hive, every donation link on a webpage will be detected and recorded locally and privately.

With the data collected, we aim to help you decide who to donate to. Did you spend a lot of time on a page with the option to donate and didn't know? Well now you can find out. Do you keep browsing content across multiple websites by the same creator? Now you can find out!

How it works

For now, any page you come across with a link to one of the follow donation processors will be recorded:

• Revolut.me

The account will be linked to website. Time spent on the website is linked to the account. Of course we take multi-entity websites like peertube, lemmy, reddit, youtube, and so on, into account. Watching one creator will not attribute time to another creator.
