Fixes:

• Hiding and time tracking now work on web.facebook.com, the address Facebook uses in some regions.
• Time is also counted on m.facebook.com, m.youtube.com and old.reddit.com.

New in 0.2.0:

• Focus hours: pick days and hours when every site switches to Focus or Strict, then back on its own.
• This week: your time so far against the same days last week, day by day and site by site, in the Time tab.
• Intention pause: an optional few seconds before a social site, once per tab, asking what you're there for.
• Custom daily limit: any limit from 5 minutes to 12 hours.
• Facebook: hide group suggestions, and a new switch for friend requests.

Also: whole hours read "2 h", site panels fit seven switches, and an empty limit loop stays clean at zero.
