Wallhaven supports random SFW images and collections; private collections require your own API key. Pexels requires your own API key. Local images and basic new-tab features need no service account. Online features connect directly to selected websites and services; see the privacy policy.

Local image files are not synced by Firefox Sync; use ZIP or WebDAV backups to transfer them. Simultaneous edits on multiple devices are not automatically merged. Export a backup before restoring data.
