I sent a support email to the developer Dishita and he said the problems stemmed from Youtube. Within a short time Dishita responed to me and fixed the issue. This is the absolute best addon to download media from YouTube

Although I have a mountain of CDs (and vinyl pop music from the 60's) I have found this system to be my preferred method of creating an organized music library.

There was a problem with the extension not working. I emailed the developer and he fixed the problem quickly. The developer provides great support. Support the developer. Become a paid subscriber so you can download 1080p videos.
