By default itll hide all forms of shorts on youtube unless the user decides to press show one

then the user will have to restart youtube tab to show the short they are trying to see. itll allow the user to show one short, if the user has the urge to scroll it SHOULD detect that a new video is trying to load and then hide all shorts all over again
