DMS Hover Translate EN→RU (StarDict) shows an instant translation when you hover English words on a page.

Offline EN→RU lookup via a bundled StarDict dictionary (no network required for most words).

Optional online fallback translation for:

words missing in the offline dictionary

Online fallback uses MyMemory and can be disabled in settings.

Privacy

By default, translations are performed locally using the bundled dictionary.

If online fallback is enabled, the extension sends the hovered word or selected text to the translation service only when needed.
