1. アーキテクチャとAPI要件:
本拡張機能は Manifest V3 規格に基づいて開発されています。
主な処理には browser.browsingData、browser.alarms、browser.storage、および browser.notifications API を使用しています。

1. バックグラウンド処理とスケジューリング:
   バックグラウンドスクリプト（background.js）は browser.alarms API を利用して、ユーザーが指定した実行時刻（例: 09:00, 12:00 等）およびテスト用アラームを保持・監視します。
   アラームが発火すると、browsingData.remove() 関数が呼び出され、閲覧履歴（history）、キャッシュ（cache）、ストレージ（indexedDB / localStorage）、およびフォーム自動入力データ（formData）の削除処理がローカル上で実行されます。
   Cookie の削除処理はオプション化されており、ユーザーが設定画面で有効にした場合のみ実行される仕様となっています。
2. データ保存とクロスブラウザ互換性:
   ユーザーのスケジュール設定およびオプションフラグは、すべて browser.storage.local 内に安全に保持されます。
   Chrome / Gecko（Firefox）間の API 名前空間の差分を吸収するため、typeof browser !== "undefined" ? browser : chrome の互換ラッパーを実装しています。

リモートコードの動的ロード、eval() などの動的実行構文、外部ライブラリは一切使用していません。
