Gets the job done. It does use a lot of CPU, but that's not a surprise as MP3 encoding is computationally expensive.
On my MacBook Air it converts a 2 hour program in about 30 minutes.

When I use it, the browser stops, and I lose any ability to so much as close the browser. Within moments of this the computer screen goes black, and the only way I was able to regain control was by using the manual override to power off the pc (aka holding down the power button). After it restarted, I then immediately disabled the "extension." As far as I am concerned, this is no extension but simply a virus disguised as one.

It gets an extra star simply for being able to find audio on sites that other add-ons fail to find any. That's the end of good things to say for me though.

This thing took over 10 minutes to encode a podcast on my 3950x 16 core CPU and locked up firefox *hard* the whole time it was doing it. That javascript lame implementation is just plain *horrendous*. Please just rework this thing into an audio downloader and let me encode things if I actually need to using real software.
