Amazon product links are full of tracking junk. This extension removes it with one click.
Click the toolbar button (or press Alt+Shift+A) on any Amazon tab and Amazon URL Fixer will:
• Reduce product URLs to https://www.amazon.com/dp/ASIN. Regional stores such as amazon.co.uk, amazon.de and amazon.ca keep their own host. • On other Amazon pages, like search results, keep the path and the parts of the query that matter (search terms, department, filters) and strip the tracking parameters and /ref= segments. • Copy the clean URL to your clipboard, ready to paste into a message or a note. • Reload the tab to the clean URL, so the address bar shows the short link too.
A check mark flashes on the button when it worked, and an X if the tab is not an Amazon page.
