Open a support ticket from inside AccFlex ERP — one click.

AccFlex Support is for customers of the AccFlex ERP. When something goes wrong, click the extension button, write a short description and send — the ticket reaches the support team instantly with everything needed to fix the problem on the first try.

What it does
- Captures a screenshot of the current page (you see it and can delete it before sending).
- Collects technical diagnostics only while the report form is open: browser console errors, failed network calls and the page address.
- Files it all as an AccFlex Desk ticket under your support-portal account.

Privacy first
- Nothing is ever recorded in the background — recording starts when the form opens and stops when it closes.
- Runs only on AccFlex pages (*.accflex.com) and requests access to no other site.
- Credentials, passwords and national ID numbers are automatically removed before anything is sent.

This extension is intended for AccFlex customers and requires a valid support-portal account.
