Although I need to keep it disabled when I'm not using it because it causes the url in the url bar to flip-flop between the previous url and the current url rapidly or it just keeps the previous url. Very annoying but probably due to a conflict between extensions as others aren't experiencing this issue. Maybe conflicting with ClearURLs.

You can view, create, edit, or delete cookies directly for the current tab without digging through complicated menus. It’s super helpful for testing and development, but also great for controlling your own privacy. The interface is simple, clear, and works exactly as expected. A must-have if you like having full control over your browser cookies.
