Add preferences to the Khorshidi date column:

- Use Month names or month numbers. Default: month names.
- show or hide time. Default: Show.
- Show or hide week of the day. Default: hide.
- Use English or Persian numbers. Default: Persian numbers.

Change the preferences in `Add-ones Manager` page.
