Korefluence Sync for Firefox — privacy information

Korefluence is operated by Les Années Folles. This notice explains the Firefox extension's data handling and supplements the service privacy policy: https://korefluence.platane.io/privacy-policy.

When you connect and synchronize your LinkedIn channel, the extension retrieves your signed-in LinkedIn profile, profile identifiers and public profile URL, content-performance and audience analytics, audience page HTML, and your own posts. The transmitted data includes raw page/API responses and can include profile details, post text and links, demographic information and audience regions. These data are used to connect the correct LinkedIn channel and populate your analytics in Korefluence.

The extension reads LinkedIn's JSESSIONID cookie to make authenticated requests to LinkedIn using the session already signed in to this browser. You are not asked to enter your LinkedIn password in the extension. A Korefluence device credential, connected channel/member identifiers and last-sync status are stored locally. The device credential authenticates synchronization requests to Korefluence over HTTPS at https://korefluence.platane.io.

After connection, synchronization is intended to run weekly in the background and can also be started from the popup when eligible. Disconnecting removes the local connection credential and last-sync state and stops this browser's scheduled synchronization. It does not delete data already uploaded to Korefluence. This Firefox release does not send Sentry error reports or extension-version diagnostics. It does not access GPS location; location information in synchronized analytics comes from LinkedIn profile/audience content.
