- Play/Pause
- Volume slider that appears when you hover the speaker icon
- Seekable progress bar with current time / total duration
- Playback speed picker (0.25x–2x, with quick presets)
- Loop toggle
- Download the video you are watching
- Hide/show toggle to dismiss the bar down to a small icon, remembered across videos
- The bar automatically fades out when not in use, and reappears on hover or tap
