Keep your WE4 support desk beside your work. WE4 Support gives authorized business administrators a compact sidebar for customer conversations and support cases.

• View your business's support inbox and conversation history.
• Reply to customer messages, update case status and set Urgent, High, Medium or Low priority.
• Keep staff-only notes and hashtags, and search cases/chats by customer, subject, case number or #tag.
• See customer email addresses and send/download images or PDFs up to 10 MB.
• See an unread-conversation count on the toolbar.
• Hear a short bundled sound when incoming customer activity is detected.
• Sign in through your hosted WE4 admin portal with its existing MFA verification.
• Lock the interactive inbox while limited background unread checks continue, or disconnect the connection entirely.

Requires an existing WE4 business workspace and Master or Tenant Admin access. This is an administrator tool, not a customer chat widget. Signing documents open through the admin portal. Image/PDF attachments can be sent and downloaded from the sidebar.

Activity is checked periodically rather than through instant push. Defaults are five seconds with the sidebar open and about one minute in the background; your business can configure the supported timing. The browser must be running, and checks may be delayed while it is busy or the computer is asleep.

WE4 Support does not read the pages you browse, collect browsing history, or access browser cookies. It connects only to the WE4 API configured in the package. Customer conversations, account details, and scoped connection credentials are handled to operate the support service. No advertising or analytics trackers are included.
