twitch diagnostics console adds an on page diagnostics panel for twitch streams. it logs buffer health, live edge gap, video cdn host, request response time, throughput, dropped frames, playback state, and recent cdn request history. it is diagnostics only. it does not change playback, proxy traffic, bypass twitch behavior, or transmit data. users can copy or download a local json report for troubleshooting.
