Fixed a bug that made the sidebar unusable on Firefox: it could not detect
the page you were on, the note field would not accept typing, and saved
sessions would not save. All three had the same cause and are fixed.

The toolbar icon now opens the sidebar when clicked. Previously it did
nothing, and the sidebar had to be opened from the View menu.
