We have updated the extension to Manifest V3.

- Bug Fix: Github changed up their layout a bit which broke how we fetch the Stars count. This release fixes that.

Fixed a Firefox specific bug that would not allow a score to found on a fresh page load.

In this version we have fixed several known issues as well as a couple quality of life improvements.

- Dark mode is now supported and styled specifically
- Pages without a score now show a UI with links to report bugs if found.
- Add badge text of numeric score to BrowserAction icon.
- Add a check for a license badge if no other license hints were found (ie: the react-navigation repo)
