During an active focus session, SnapFocus reads page metadata and evaluates it in real time against your focus mode rules. Is this YouTube channel work or distraction? Is this Reddit thread research or rabbit hole? You write guidance in plain language — "allow programming articles, block anything social" — and AI decides before the page loads.

Locked Sessions & Schedules
Set recurring focus windows (Mon–Fri, 9–12) or start a commitment session on the spot. Once active, you can't end them early or edit your rules. Your morning-self sets the rules. SnapFocus enforces them when your afternoon-self would rather not.

Granular Block Rules

GETTING STARTED

SnapFocus requires a free account at snapfocus.app. Connect the extension from the popup, configure your rules in the dashboard, and start a focus session. A paid SnapFocus Pro subscription is required to use the extension.

PRIVACY

During active focus sessions, SnapFocus reads page metadata (URL, title, domain, description, and headings) and sends it for live AI classification to enforce your rules. Blocked-page URLs are logged so you can review blocking activity in your dashboard. Optional page-visit analytics are disabled by default. We do not sell your data or track you across unrelated websites.
