Fixed: the popup often said nothing had been done even when the banner had been refused. The refusal was working; the popup was forgetting it.
Fixed: on sites whose banner loads in an iframe, the popup showed the consent vendor's domain instead of the site you were on.

Added or repaired support for 13 more consent platforms, including Sourcepoint, ConsentManager, CookieYes, Complianz, Commanders Act and Sirdata. Quantcast support was rebuilt: it had stopped working entirely.
