Reading Ruler Plug in Noah Gartenberg מאת

Adds a reading ruler to the user's screen allowing easier reading of dense pages. Users can move their mouse and the ruler will follow. Users can control the width (completely) or height (to an extent), using the two sliders.

If anything breaks in this Add-on, please let me know. This is the first Add-on I've ever made, so please be patient though.
