Fixed the bug where when center verticle line shifted towards right if Long tasks are added on left side
Added a logo for the extension.

Just added some description to the quadrants which are
"Urgent & Important"
"Not Urgent but Important"
"Urgent but Not Important"
"Not Urgent & Not Important"

I forgot to do this on my original version 1.0.
