NowPilot is an ADHD-friendly focus assistant that helps you self-regulate and stay on track with your goals. It maintains lightweight context about your browsing and gives you customizable, on-page support through widgets like chatbots and timers.

What it does

• Programmable behavior - Describe, in your own words, how you want NowPilot to help. For example: “Check in with me when I’m feeling dysregulated,” or “Ask what I’m working on when I open social media.”
• On-page support - As you use your browser, NowPilot can use chatbots and timers to step in when you need it. For example, it can open a chatbot to help you pause before visiting distracting pages, or show a timer when you want to stay on task for a set duration.
• Activity tracking - When the extension is active, NowPilot uses tab information (URL and title) to keep context about your browser use and surface insights in your dashboard.
• Insights & summaries — NowPilot can surface automatic browser activity summaries and weekly productivity insights on demand in your dashboard. It can also recommend support plans to help you stay on track.

Privacy

• We collect the URL and title of the active tab while the extension is running, and store an aggregated, summarized view of this on our servers.
• This information, along with any messages you send to the chatbot, may be sent to a third-party, closed-source language model. We pay the provider specifically so this data is not used to train their models.
• All data is encrypted in transit and never sold or used for ads.

Getting Started

• Install the extension.
• Create an account via the popup.
• From the dashboard (linked in the popup), set up the behaviors you want from the extension.
• Browse as usual, NowPilot will step in based on your settings! Click the status widget anytime to start a chat.
