Previous version included a new shortcut - Move tab to a New Blank Window.
Unfortunately it was not properly implemented and seem like right now it's not possible to implement this feature using Extensions API.

fixed:
- move-tab-to-next-window - now it properly moves a selected tab even if you have pinned tab. Before - if you had a pinned tab selected in on view and you we trying to move a tab to this window nothing was happening
new:
- added a new shortcuts to move a current tab to a new window without any pinned tabs

Added support for 2 new shortcuts:
- "Move current tab to next window"
- "Duplicate current tab"
