    • Add Copy TOTP on autofill: autofilling an entry that has a TOTP automatically copies its code to the clipboard.

    • TOTP copy now auto-closes the popup, like copying username/password.
    • Fix autofill field detection (the focus method no longer fills the wrong field).
    • Remove obsolete Strict Matching and Grant Permission settings.
    • Remove legacy test files.
