Send
- Click the Send button under any video, or right-click a video link, and pick your friends.
- Add a short note (up to 140 characters) and an optional start time.
Receive
- Iris adds its own entry to YouTube's sidebar. A dot appears there when something new arrives.
- The Iris page has three tabs: Inbox, Sent and Friends.
- Recent videos from friends also show up in a "From friends" row at the top of YouTube's home page.
Private by design
