What it removes
- YouTube: home feed (replaced with a plain search box), Shorts, sidebar/end-screen recommendations
- X/Twitter: home timeline (replaced with a plain search box), trending topics, "who to follow"

What still works normally
Search results, permalinks, and profiles you navigate to directly are untouched — only the algorithmic, attention-grabbing surfaces are removed.

Everything is a toggle in the popup, and you can pause the whole extension for 15/30/60 minutes if you need the feed for something specific.
