Fixed "Open in GitKraken" buttons not being displayed in various GitHub pages.

Fixed "Open in GitKraken" buttons not appearing in some pages on GitHub.

- Launchpad: Added support for GitHub Enterprise Server, GitLab Self-Managed, and Bitbucket Server
- Launchpad: Filter bar now does a fuzzy search instead of an exact substring match
