Fixed
- Scans no longer stop right away with "Rate limited - pausing 60s before retry". The extension dropped the request Instagram was blocking and reads your username from the page instead.
- Cancel works during a rate-limit wait, and the wait counts down.
- A rescan keeps your saved username if it can't find it again.

Changed
- Requests now match the ones instagram.com sends from its own Followers and Following lists: 12 accounts per page, the same headers, and the same session details as your open Instagram tab.
- Faster default speed: 1-5 s between requests (was 2-12 s), with a 1-3 minute pause every 100 requests. Your own saved Settings still apply.
