Child frames: watchFrames, listFrames and unwatchFrames observe the cross-origin iframes of one tab on demand, and --frameId runs getContent, click, type, waitFor and the other page commands inside such a frame (hosted payment fields, consent banners in iframes). Adds the webNavigation permission for that. Requires firefox-ctl CLI 1.0.2 for the new commands.

getPageState returns a selector for every link, button and input; click and getElementInfo can target an element by its visible text (--text, --scope); getContent returns the rendered text and supports --tail; getElementInfo suggests alternatives when a selector misses. Requires firefox-ctl CLI 1.0.1 for the new flags.
