Further fixed the popup styles for android

Fixed android's popup appearing very small.

Cloud sync now pushes each change to your account immediately instead of waiting a few seconds, and no longer causes extra flicker in the popup while it runs.
Fixed a bug where cloud sync could occasionally undo an item you'd just added or a deletion you'd just made.
Fixed deletions not always being removed from your other synced devices.
Fixed the popup's scroll position sometimes resetting or getting stuck during a background sync.
Fixed the account info box in Settings still showing after logging out.
