Gestión visual del horario semanal

Tabla lunes–viernes, hasta 8 periodos.

Escribes la materia/grupo en cada celda y se guarda solo (storage local).

Sustituciones

Formulario para introducir: fecha, periodo, profe original, sustituto y notas.

Listado de sustituciones próximas con botón para eliminar.

Eventos & Export (compatibilidad con Google Calendar / Outlook)

Añadir eventos: título, fecha, hora, duración y categoría.

Lista de eventos ordenada por fecha.

Botón “Export events to calendar (ICS)” → genera un archivo .ics que puedes importar en Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.

Ajustes y alertas

Configuración de hora de inicio de cada periodo (por defecto un horario típico de mañana).

Opción “Enable notifications before each class / event”.

Minutos de aviso antes (ej. 5 minutos).

Un background script usa alarms y notifications para avisar de:

Próximas clases del día según el horario.

Próximos eventos guardados.

Funciona por roles (solo a nivel de vista)

Selector arriba: Teacher / Tutor / Leadership (se guarda en local; preparado para extenderlo en el futuro si quieres vistas diferentes).

Imprimir / PDF

Botón “Print / PDF” en la pestaña de horario.

Abre el horario en una ventana preparada para imprimir → puedes elegir “Guardar como PDF”.

Alerts & notifications:
Notifications can be enabled to alert the user a few minutes before classes or events start. Timing can be configured in the settings tab, along with custom period starting times.

alarms → schedules notifications for upcoming classes/events

notifications → shows desktop notifications when alerts are enabled
