This Bob Dylan's Persona is based in a picture designed by Milton Glaser. The colourful hair of the original picture could be inspired in arabic/islamic paintings. I think that could be the best desing for a Bob Dylan's t-shirt. Maybe, Bob Dylan's thoughts is a pretentious title, but I haven't any interest of what he thinks about it.
