Algoasis helps you use supported websites without getting pulled into everything around them. Hide unwanted recommendations, remove short-form feeds and put boundaries around your browsing.

FOR FIREFOX ON MAC
This is the companion extension for Algoasis for Mac. The Algoasis Mac app and an Algoasis subscription are required. Any eligible trial is managed in the Mac app. Installing this extension alone does not unlock the service.

CHOOSE WHAT STAYS
• Hide unwanted recommendations and suggested posts.
• Remove Reels and Shorts from supported feeds.
• Stop autoplay and thumbnail previews where supported.
• Give endless scrolling a stopping point.
• Set daily website limits and schedules through Algoasis.
• Add a pause before opening a website.

Use supported web versions of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and X. Keep useful features like search and the people you follow. Available controls differ by website.

GET STARTED
1. Install and set up Algoasis for Mac.
2. Add this extension to Firefox on your Mac and follow the connection instructions in Algoasis.
3. Choose your websites, filters, limits and schedules in Algoasis.

YOUR NEW TAB
Algoasis replaces Firefox's new tab page with your Algoasis dashboard, where your settings and usage live.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No Algoasis account. Settings sync privately through iCloud when enabled. See the privacy policy for details.

COMPATIBILITY
macOS only. Filters apply to supported websites in Firefox, rather than feeds inside native social apps.
