- Noté 4 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13428877 de Firefox, il y a 3 joursReally like how easy it is to use although the current upgrade (since I used my laptop) broke something because I can still do things like verify my account and use other features but when I click on connect I keep getting a " initial_request_failed" error which doesn't go away even after turning off the clean web option (which was off before anyways) and reinstalling the add-on however the app on my laptop works just fine.

- Noté 2 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18447677 de Firefox, il y a 7 joursI downloaded SS for MS and Firefox when I set up this PC, and SS shows up when I look at my extensions. However, when I look in the SS security section of SS, it tells me to download both SS for MS and Firefox(FF). MS downloaded and install with no problems. When I try to download SS for FF I get a FF popup that tells me FF doesn't monitor SS or recommend it and there is no download button. It does offer a remove option. As RESULT, I am guessing SS for FF is already installed, but it I am confused with why SS is recommending/ saying I need to download either MS or FF when the set them up previously and why one downloaded and the other does not. What is the deal?

IN CASE OF ANY DEFICIENCY THEY ACT VERY FAST TO FIXED - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18431290 de Firefox, il y a 17 joursIt´s such a bad AddOn I can´t even tell...The Android app is ok but this one...It´s literally not possible to surf on Firefox with this add one. I would understand that there are some negative points regarding the performance of loading any sites but in this case almost no site is loading. It´s such a mess and I am pretty disapointed on this point.

Pages and websites load more quickly and streams run smoothly when I turn it off. Sometimes I'll forget and wonder why a stream has frozen or why a page isn't loading. Then I remember, turn off Surfshark for the maximum 2 hours and everything works again. Windows 11 provides excellent anti virus protection and most if not all ISPs can get round VPNs. So spending money this software is a waste.
