Simple Tab Groups par Drive4ik

- Noté 1 sur 5par zugu, il y a un anI recently switched from Chrome and I was expecing something similar to the tab grouping feature in Chrome, since this Firefox extension is so popular and comes with the recommended tag. Instead, I got a horribly unintuitive tab grouping experience, with tabs hidden god knows where.
This one is a tab hiding extension, not a tab grouping extension. - Noté 1 sur 5par dataharvester, il y a un anInstalled and immediately added all of my open tabs to a hidden group, each of which requires several separate clicks to unhids manage or move to another group. Not visible from the extension manager, options hidden and unintuitive. Really shoudl be a basic browser functionality but not worth installing this even as an interim solution
- Noté 1 sur 5par Graviloquence, il y a un anBuggy and unintuitive. Any time I tried to use this add-on I thought I was going to lose all my tabs just trying to get them back out of a group.
- Noté 1 sur 5par malau, il y a un anI wanted something that actually MOVED a tab into an actual group !! Not just tagged an open tab as being in a group !!!!!
With this extension, as soon as you have added the tab to a group, you think "I can close it now, it's in a group". NO IT ISN'T ! You close the tab and it's gone ! Pretty pointless extension !
Totally doesn't do what it's name implies !!!!! - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18456283 de Firefox, il y a un an

- Noté 1 sur 5par Adspectus, il y a 2 ansGood idea, bad implemented. I searched for a possibility to be able to move different tabs I opened related to a specific topic into the background while I am working on other topics. This add-on can manage this simple task but at the cost of overcomplexity and sloppy implementation. The settings are horrible many and poor documented, so you have to try a lot - risking the loss of your tabs. On the other hand, some settings I would except are not there, i.e. you cannot choose the location of the auto-backup by yourself. Actually I do not want any program to just save some files into a given folder on my workspace, I want to decide on that.

- Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 14134219 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansI created a tab group, switched to that, it closed all my open tabs. Spent over an hour searching for tabs that had been open previously but not loaded in a while. The closed tabs were not included in the recently closed list. Do not use this extension!
- Noté 1 sur 5par Dissident, il y a 2 ansFails to do what it alleges to do out of the gate by hiding tabs that cannot be easily reopened and not displaying the UI element it supposedly requires. If you do manage to reopen a grouped tab, it then hides all of the other tabs in your window.
I'm actually mainly a Vivaldi user, so for me personally that browser's tab grouping should be the baseline expectation, not whatever this is trying to do.
Just a very poor user experience all around.
Unacceptable security risk.
The extension could read the content of any web page you visit, as well as data you enter into those web pages, such as usernames and passwords. - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18199516 de Firefox, il y a 2 anscomplete crap, didn't get the small 3x3 square icon on my toolbar like in the example images. no way to add it either as far as i've been able to tell. additionally this extension randomly filled the first available group(s) with my giant old bookmarks library. something i never asked it to do. which resulted in that when opening a single group in testing.
after finally having found something to access a group i made (to get my tab back), this junk immediately floods my browser with countless open tabs it also stuffed in there...
i can't understand... how difficult is it to just group up a few open tabs/pins into a single tab/pin like asked, then have this single tab show the grouped up tabs. like several other browser do already these days... it's not rocket science yet one of the few things FF sadly doesn't have, but this extension certainly doesn't help with this either... - Noté 1 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 17211602 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansNe fonctionne juste pas, que dire de plus ?
