mis en ligne : il y a 13 joursHi! Could you please share your operating system and browser version to check? And also some examples of non-working muted words?- par 黒崎十兵衞 • (Jubei Kurosaki), il y a 4 moisNoté 5 sur 5
- par 88MPH, il y a 8 moisNoté 5 sur 5May 20th 2020 - So far this is working in the Search results and that's exactly where I needed for this to work. Although Twitter's own "muted words" feature may filter your timeline, their built-in filter does not filter results from searches so Larry Filter saves the day here.
- par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15972676 de Firefox, il y a 8 moisNoté 1 sur 5No longer works. Even tried removing and re-adding. Still doesn't work. Used to be a good extension
- par FieryFoxtail, il y a 9 moisNoté 5 sur 5It's working as advertised, seems to have been updated for the new twitter design.
- par Argoman, il y a un anNoté 5 sur 5It used to be great and very useful but now it does nothing (tested with the latest version of the addon and the new Twitter design)
EDIT: As of May 2020 it's working again. It's too bad that with the new design it can't completely hide the tweets instead of having those white spaces in your timeline, but it's a lot better than not having this extension at all.
Second edit: it only lasted a week or so. It's so annoying that Twitter keep making changes that break this add-on. - par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15165342 de Firefox, il y a un anNoté 2 sur 5The filter just won't work

- par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 13112025 de Firefox, il y a 2 ansNoté 4 sur 5After updating to 2.3.0, tweets with filter words show up as vacant tweet with a crossed eye on it even I set filtering method as "Hide the tweets"
- par Saturnia, il y a 2 ansNoté 3 sur 5Does not work with the new version of Twitter, unfortunately. (Firefox Quantum 65.0.2 64 bits).

mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansHi, Larry Filter 2.3.0 is out and fully works with the new version of Twitter.com. Have a nice day! - par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12958480 de Firefox, il y a 3 ansNoté 5 sur 5
- par Antani.blinda, il y a 3 ansNoté 4 sur 5I've been using Larry Filter for a while, now I cannot access to the settings panel anymore, clicking on the grren logo all I get is a message windows saying "Larry Filter is on.". Any clue?
- par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12531706 de Firefox, il y a 3 ansNoté 5 sur 5I've seen negative reviews in older comments, I imagine the issues that were mentioned have been fixed, because I experienced none of them and it's worked just fine since day 1 in my case.
- par Censorship Antidote, il y a 4 ansNoté 5 sur 5Must have for content creator.
Wishlist:
1. Can you filter link from video media on twitter?
2. Lack of toggle on/off
3. FIlter profile - par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12949415 de Firefox, il y a 4 ansNoté 1 sur 5Tweets with filtered words are hidden only after installing the add-on from scratch.
When the timeline refreshes or even when the browser is restarted, tweets are no longer hidden. Annoying.
Also, regular expressions are not supported. That fact would not make me write a bad review, but it would *really* be nice to have and probably not hard to implement. - par Tope ojo, il y a 4 ansNoté 3 sur 5
- par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 12838615 de Firefox, il y a 4 ansNoté 5 sur 5I was told by the app developer (on Twitter) that version 2.1 was submitted. The following is what was told to me: "We just sent an update to Mozilla with a new "persistent" storage system. It will be fully transparent for you. During the update, your filters will be migrated on the new system. We stopped using localStorage data which can be deleted by CCleaner or Firefox restart (if configured). Oh and little bonus: this 2.1.0 update will allow you to import/export your filters in a file for backup."
- par robart, il y a 4 ansNoté 1 sur 5I'm using Firefox 50.1.0.
I added some keywords to the filter list, and when I browse a tweet and its responses, tweets with the words in my filter list are clearly not being hidden as I configured them to be.
Unfortunate, but hopefully it will be fixed in the future.Réponse du développeur

We published some updates since december 2016. Please have a look on the last version and let us know if the issue still exists (it should not). And note that the extension will be updated again in the next days to add some features!
Have a nice day :) - par OldKingSol, il y a 4 ansNoté 1 sur 5Installed, added hashtag #Rio2016. Came back, those tweets were still there. Restarted. Tweets still there. Did it lower-case, too. Tweets still there. Doesn't seem to do anything at all. A waste of time.

Have a nice day :) - par Novadestin, il y a 5 ansNoté 4 sur 5It does exactly what it says and hides what you tell it too. I'm only giving it four stars though because it doesn't work on individual tweet pages - meaning if you click on a tweet so it opens into it's own page, it won't hide the replies to that tweet even if a reply contains something you tell it to hide. If it could be made to completely hide anything anywhere, then I would definitely give this 5 stars, but either way, I still think it's an essential addon for twitter!! PS, I have never had any of the problems described in the other reviews. PSS. PLEASE MAKE THIS WORK ON TWEETDECK!!

Have a nice day :)- par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 11772288 de Firefox, il y a 5 ansNoté 5 sur 5I hope this filter doesn't really reset twice a week like "Splum" wrote below because this is a simple, but great plugin! There's particularly one spammer who's always in all the trending topics for the last few months (really hate the guy) and this got rid of him. Finally!
EDIT: After exactly one week, the filter suddenly stopped working but luckily it's enough to disable it > restart firefox > enable it > restart firefox. So yeah: it's buggy...
Twitter's "mute" function is 100% useless because it's only temporary and this is about the only working filter I could find.
Thanks a lot!
Future request: this filter would be even more terrific if you could add words or accounts e.g. via the context menu instead of the addon options but hey, I'm not complaining here :-) - par Splum, il y a 7 ansNoté 1 sur 5Reset itself TWICE in a week. Cleared entire mute list! Not acceptable.
